There are 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms in the apartment. You will share the bathroom with the other roommate,The rent is around $300 and split utilities. No smokers, No pets. The complex is very close to UCSD shuttle/MTS bus stop (It takes about 1-2minutes to walk there). Washer/Dryer in the unit.
