It is very quiet. You will have your own bedroom and bathroom. We will have a big living room and kitchen to share. This apartment features cloth washer and dryer, refrigerator, dishwasher, wood burning fireplaces, private balcony. We will provide you some furniture for use. High speed Internet and TV are also available. You can just come and live. Apartment pictures are available upon request. Great community and location: UCSD Del Sol is a luxurious condominium-style community owned by UCSD in a prime location just minutes from campus. Del Sol is a gated community and offers free parking for residents. Residents enjoy the free use of two heated pools and adjoining spas, two lighted tennis courts and a fitness room. Doyle Community Park is just across the street, which provides soccer, basketball fields. This apartment is walking distance from the city bus (30 and 201/202) and the UCSD shuttle stop, UTC mall, VONS. No deposit and cheap price: Total rent price from UCSD is $1614, but you only need to pay $750. The total utilities and internet for your part will be about $20 per month.
