You have your own assigned parking space. the Complex includes 2 large pools, hot tubs, game room with pool table and big screen tv, gyms, and computer room. ; easy access to freeways(I-5, I-805) About us: we are a chinese couple and both of us are postdocs. We spent most of time in the lab. Looking for a roomate who is very clean, responsible, respectful and easy-going. Rent is $820 a month plus utilities. Deposit is $800. Room is available August 30th.
