Dryer and washer are in the APT. 5 minutes of driving to UCSD, 2 minutes to UCSD shuttle stop, Route 30 bus stop and Vons supermarket by walk, very near to the Route 202/201 UTC superloop bus stop. Free gym and swimming pool are available. $600+utilities (around $40, including electricity/gas and internet)/month and $200 deposit. One month or long term rent is welcome.
