Some details about this really nice apartment: - Lots of closet space - cable internet with wireless - Vaulted ceilings on top floor
 - Corner unit, and only share wall with one other apartment - All appliances (refrigerator, microwave, dishwasher). - Washer and dryer in the apartment.
 
- Central AC/Heat. 
 - Excellent gym with multiple built-in wall TVs, cardio equipment,
 weights, boxing bag, racquetball courts, cycling/aerobics classes, etc - Best location: the apartment is very close to the Regents Road and La Jolla village drive 
intersection, so the shuttle stop is literally a minute away. All MTS bus lines are 1 block away.Very close to UCSD/Scripps/Salk etc. Walking distance to UTC mall and major shipping center. 
- Grocery store, post office, dry cleaners, Starbucks, Blockbuster,
 eating places, gas station, car wash etc are just across the street.
 - The UTC mall is one block away.

 The rent is just $550 a month, plus about $30 in utilities. You would share bathroom with a UCSD male postdoc, and also share apartment with a female Scripps researcher in the other room. Both are very nice, clean and quite. Available 12/11, Honest, quiet, responsible, clean, professional full-time employee/postdoc/student is preferred.
