The location is near UCSD, walk to bus stop(free bus to UCSD),shopping center and public library. There is a swimming pool and jacuzzi, volleyball space, BBQ space, laundry, off street parking,... The 1BR/1BA is available now. Rent is $750 per month (negotiable) for single, or $800 for share, and utilities are about $20 per month. It is furnished( full size bed, dresser, desk, lamps,chairs, TV stand...) large bedroom with a walk in closet, private bathroom, and private phone line.
