The apartment is located at the corner of Genesee Ave. and Clairemont Mesa Blvd. It will be available starting from Oct 31 2009. Leasing term is negotiable. Long term lease is preferred. Nearby stores include 99 Ranch Market. The 41 bus to UCSD is 5-minute walk and goes every 15 minutes. I am single Chinese male post-doc at UCSD. The rent is around $600 per month and $300 deposit.
