It has a large living room, but no use to us. So we decide to rent it to someone who wants to find a cheap accommodation. Description of our community: La Jolla del Sol is a luxurious condominium-style community owned by UC San Diego. It’s only 20min walk and 10min drive to UCSD campus (calculated by myself, I always walk to school on weekend). It’s very near to Vons, Ralphs, CVS, et al grocery stores, and also near to La Jolla Village Square and UTC shopping malls. There are bus 30 (every 15min) and UCSD shuttle (every 5min) stop just beside the gate of the community. It’s very convenient to go to UCSD and Scripps. The community has two heated pools and adjoining spas, two lighted tennis courts and a fitness room, they are all free for our residents. Description of our apt: It’s a 2b/2b apt on the second floor which features full size washer and dryer, refrigerator, and dishwasher. The living room is separated by a curtain from the dining room. So if you live there, you can have your private space and also a luxury balcony outside the living room will belong to you. There is a closet in the living room, you can put your clothes there. Introduction of the residents in this apt: Now there are two girls live in two bedrooms and another girl lives in the living room who will move out around August 10. We are all researchers in UCSD, clean, quiet, easygoing, have no bad habits.
