The apartment is next to UTC and UCSD within walking distance (9545 Genesee Ave., San Diego, CA 92121). You will live in the living room which is spacious and furnished and has been made private with curtains. The monthly rent is only $475.00 including all utilities and high-speed internet. This is a good deal in UTC area. The room will be available in early July. The place is perfect for postdoc or visiting scholars who want cheap rent while still living next to UCSD campus.
