You will live in the living room which is spacious and furnished and has been made private with curtains. The monthly rent is only $475.00 including all utilities and high-speed internet. The room will be available in early July. The place is perfect for male postdoc or visiting scholars who want cheap rent while still living next to UCSD campus.
