I am work at Scripps and want to share it with a clean, easygoing male scholar. It already has some kitchen utilities, dinner table, and desk et al., This apartment is walking distance from the city bus and the UCSD shuttle stop, UTC mall. The rent is $400/month and deposit is $200. Utilities/internet/basic cables usually come to around $60 and will be split between us. I'd be happy to show you the place.
