It takes about 3 minutes to Line 41 bus station, and 25 minutes bus ride to UCSD, 15 minutes car ride to UCSD. The rent is $625 a month and available July 3rd. The room is unfurnished. One garage is available. Utilities are $30-$40 a month including gas, electric, cable, internet. We will share one big living room, a kitchen and a balcony. It’s only two minutes walk to Henry’s, and also near Ralph’s, Vons, Longs Drugs, and Marshall, Target, Bank of America and California Union bank. The community is clean, quiet, and gated.
