The apartment is next to UTC and UCSD within walking distance (near the intersection of Genesee Avenue and Eastgate Mall). You will live in the living room which is spacious and furnished and has been made private with curtains. The monthly rent is $500.00 including all utilities and high-speed internet. The room will be available in early July. The place is perfect for male postdoc or visiting scholars who want to be close to UCSD campus.
