Your room is the master bedroom. The bathroom/shower, kitchen, and living room are shared. There is plenty of parking space. Laundry facilities available. The rental is $540/month plus $540 deposit. The utilities are around $30/month, high-speed wireless internet included. This room is available on April 20, 2009. If you come earlier, you may share the room with me free.
