Washer and dryer in the unit so there's no need to hassle with laundry rooms. It is ideally located right in the UTC/La Jolla/UCSD area of San Diego. Within walking distance of three grocery stores, a movie theatre, and bus line 30 and UCSD shuttle, which get to UCSD.
