I will sign the lease recently. I am looking for a roommate to share the apartment and move in together around the Nov. 30th 2008. The moving time is negotiable. It is very quiet apartment. The bedroom is located on the Second floor (top floor)with its own full bathroom. It is very near to 41 bus stop (7 minutes by walking), which is free for UCSD employee and 15 minutes to UCSD by 41 bus, 10 minutes to UTC shopping mall by bus. It is near 99 Ranch, Walmart. It takes 10 minutes walk to clairemont town square where there are many stores such as vons, 99 cents store, CVS pharmacy, big lots, pacific theater, Tj MAX and so on. There are swimming pool, barbecu, laundry facilities in the apartment community. The rent is 630$ for rent each month. The utility fee is round 30-40$ for each person (electric/gas, washer & dryer, high-speed wireless Internet). Water and trash is free. The apartment includes refrigerator and stove.
