I will sign the lease recently. I am looking for a roommate to sign the lease and rent the apartment together around the Nov. 30th 2008. It is very quiet apartment. The bedroom is located on the Second floor (top floor)with its own full bathroom. It is very near to 41 bus stop (7 minutes by walking), which is free for UCSD employee and 15 minutes to UCSD by 41 bus, 10 minutes to UTC shopping mall by bus. It is near 99 Ranch, Walmart. It takes 10 minutes walk to clairemont town square where there are many stores such as vons, 99 cents store, CVS pharmacy, big lots, pacific theater, Tj MAX and so on. There are swimming pool, barbecu, laundry facilities in the apartment community. The total rent is around 1260 per month. Deposit is 500 (may flexible due to manager). So each of us will pay only 630$ for rent each month and 250 for deposit. The utility fee is round 30-40$ for each person (electric/gas, washer & dryer, high-speed wireless Internet). Water and trash is free. The apartment includes refrigerator and stove. I am single male UCSD Post Doctor. I am a very easy-going, quiet and clean non-smoker.
