You will share the apartment with 2 male Chinese scientists and both of them are quiet, nice and easy-going. It is equipped with everything including microwave, refrigerator, in-unit washer and dryer. The compact is excellent with two swimming pools and a gym. You will respond to $400 plus 1/3 utilities.
