Out of the gate, there are two bus stops, it is convenient to UCSD students and professionals. We share the apartment with a kind single male professional for two years. We have to move out on November 14th, the lease will end on March 31,2009. You can keep on living in the apartment if you renew the lease. We hope somebody to take over the lease. If you are a single ,you just need to pay $770 and half utilities. If you are a couple, you will pay a little more than $770 and 2/3 utilities. Send me email, if you are interested in it.
