You will have your own bathroom and shared kitchen. The monthly payment is $750 plus utility (about $40). The apartment is very close to UTC and UCSD. Bus 41 (goes to UCSD) is right outside of the community. You will share this beautiful place with a quiet, considerate, and easy-going female young professional. Your room will be half furnished with bed, desk, and dresser. You can have your own furniture. I am looking for a drama free, clean, and easy-going roommate. Female is preferred.
