My roommate will be moving out before fall quarter starts and I am looking for a roommate to share a very new, 2 bedroom, 2 bathroom apartment at One Miramar apartment on La Jolla Village Drive and Regents Road. Rent is approximately $630 + $20 for internet / electricity for this third floor apartment. You would have to be a UCSD graduate student to qualify. The surrounding is clean and quiet and you get your own room while we share 2 split bathrooms. The laundry is conviniently located on the first floor, and the UCSD shuttle line is right downstairs. I prefer a female roommate, and no pets in the apartment. Ideally the move-in date is around Sept. 21 since that is when my roommate has moved out, but it is flexible.
