You will live in the spaceous livingroom or bedroom. The monthly rent will be $450 for the living room or $550 for the bedroom, with all utilities included. The apartment has high speed internet, Cable TV, Fax, Scanner, Copier, and FREE PHONE CALL TO AND FROM CHINA, etc, all free for you to use. It is conveniently located nearby UCSD and in walking distance to UTC mall. Carpool to shopping or LA, airport pickup, and occasional commute to places like Fedex office are available for free (I am very easy going and generous). I travel a lot so you get the whole apartment very often. No deposit, no lease contract. You can move out at any time and the rent will be prorated for time less than a month. Very good for students or scholars that look for a relatively short-term housing. Long-term housing under such conditions will save you a lot.
