Ft., on the second floor, has two stories and the living room is downstairs and totally separated from other bedrooms upstairs. You will have your own private sink and toilet-bowl, share a shower with another two roommates. Share the kitchen and dining room. Apartment Community is quite, safe and beautiful. Pool, SPA, fitting room, laundry room available for residents. The rental should be $360/month without utilities, $100 deposit, at least 6 month lease. We are looking for a clean, responsible, easy-going, and quiet single roommate. No drug, no pets, no party, please. This location is very close to UCSD shuttle stop, 8 minutes walking to bus stations for 41, 101, 30 and UTC shopping mall and it is convenient for UCSD and Scripps students.
