Hi,

I want to find one clean and responsible female roommate to share 2b/1.5b townhome, one year lease.Starting time is around Aug 1, maybe earlier. The total rental should be $1450/month without utilities.

This is the townhome location and the floor plan. It is convinient for UCSD shuttle and UTC mall.
