This home is located at Costa Verde Village, UTC area. Very convenient location, 3 mins walking distance to bus 41, 30, 101, 48, 49, 921, 150. These buses come at a frequency of every 5 mins on average taking you to UCSD and beaches!!! There are several beautiful shopping malls around this area. The community is safe, prestigious and dynamic! The rental cost will be $695 + utilities. This is a fabulous rental rate given the location. If you have some experience with the rental market, you should know. We are a nice young couple of Chinese scientists both working at UCSD. We do NOT have kids or pets. We are clean and quite and we hope you are too!
