We have a 4bd/2bth house in Mira Mesa area, and we'd like to have some roommates. The room which will be available on 7/1/08 is 10X10 sq ft. It can be either furnished or not at you will. The rent is $550 per month includes electricity, water and trash collection, wireless Internet connection and laundry (washer and dryer). The neighborhood is safe and quiet. A lot of spaces along the street for parking. Close to I-15 and I-805. Lots of shopping malls close by.
