The apartment is located at the cross of Genesee and Governor with garden-like environment. The two bedrooms are separated at each end of the apartment with own bathrooms, first-floor, 2 parking lots and many guest parking lots.It will be available starting from July 01 2008. Leasing term is negotiable. Long term lease is preferred. Nearby stores include vons (2-minute walk) and henrys (10-minute walk). The 41, 50 and 150 bus stop is 1-minute walk. Bus 41 goes to UCSD every 15 minutes. The rent is $775 per month and 275 deposit. Wireless internet is available. We will share the cable and electricity. Hot water is free. It’s about 20-30$ for each person. I have dinning table, desk and chairs, kitchen stuff et al. that you can share. Amenities include a heated pool, parking, and a fitness center. I am single Chinese male Post-Doc work in UCSD. No pet, no smoking, no drug please.
