It will be available in June. The total rent of apartment is $1525. So you will be responsible for $765 per month plus utilities (around $50).The lease will be end in Mar 31, 2009. The apartment is large (around 1400 sqft), and it includes washer and dryer in-unit, dishwasher, patio, and covered parking. We also have internet and phone in the apartment. It’s next to VONS, only a few blocks away from the 5 and is within minutes of the 805, UTC, and UCSD. Ideal for students or Posdocs in Scripps or UCSD. My roommate who you would be living with is a formal UCSD Ph.D. He is a Chinese, male, who works during the week in La Jolla. He is quiet, and friendly.
