The room is very large and you will have your own bathroom, and share kitchen and living room with a nice and easy-going Chinese girl. You also have your own underground parking spot. The apartment has own washer/dryer. Gated Entrance, Fitness Center, Playground, Swimming Pool, Hot Tub/Spa. Only 5 min to Vons, and 10 min for walking to both UTC and La Jolla village square shopping center. It is very close to UCSD. You can go to UCSD campus by bus, campus shuttle (only 2 min walking to transportation stop), and or on foot. The rent is $717/month plus 1/2 utilities (including internet, phone line, Electricity & Gas utility fee). The deposit is $50 only. In this area, this rent and deposit of 2b/2b is very low.
