UTC shopping mall is in walking distance. There is some furniture,tv and web in the room; we will share the kitchen and bathroom. The rent is $548 per month plus 0.5utility(there is no more then $10 utility). The room is available and ready for move in. I am a Chinese girl, quilt and clean.
