Large master bedroom in a 2br/2ba apartment available for sublease now. This bedroom has own bathroom, a big closet and a lot of storage.
There is a chinese family live in this apartment. We are very friendly and easy going. We are looking for a very easy going chinese single person to share this apartment. Female prefer.
There is some information about this room:
-room size approx. 11'*12'.
-private bathroom with lot of storage.
-All utilities included: (SDGE, water, wirless internet, etc.)
-Half-furnished with one full-size bed, chairs, table and lamp, etc.
-Laundry on site.
-close to bus stop, freeway 805, 52, 5 ranch99, chinese restraunt.
special: bus 41 (free to UCSD student, easy to fashion valley and UTC)
bus 44 (Mesa College, old town, clairemont town square)
This is a month to month lease. $600/m, $300 deposit.
No smoking, no drinking, no drugs, no pets, please.
