The room is available since Mar 21. The current lease ends in May 31, and it is renewable. The condominium is 940 sq.ft. The two bedrooms are on the second floor. One full bathroom is on the second floor. Another half bathroom, kitchen, and living room are on the first floor. You will have your own bedroom and share the rest with a nice Chinese couple working at UCSD. The rent is $650 (including utilities and internet). $250 deposit.
