The location is within free bus zone of UCSD. Laundry, gym, and swimming pool, and tennis court, parking are in the unit. The apartment is 909 sq.ft. You will have your own bedroom and a full bathroom, and share the living room and kitchen. The rent is $750 plus 1/2 utility, available from February 21. One month rent as deposit. No smoking, no pet, and no drugs, please. BTW, I am a postdoc at UCSD, male. Single male working or studying at UCSD is preferred.
