You will be sharing the entire apartment with research scientist and electrical engineer. There is a community pool and jazuzzi. LIGHT DRINKERS ONLY please. Utilities, and pets are negotiable. $700 for single person. If you are a couple, the rent is $750. The room is nicely sized and also has its own bathroom. A walk-in closet is provided, and there is also a parking lot for your car. The apartment is located at the corner of Gennesee Ave. and Governor St. It will be available starting Dec. 22 2007. Leasing term is negociable. Nearby stores include vons(2-minute walk) and henrys(10-minute walk). The 41 bus to UCSD is 1-minute walk and goes every 15 minutes. amenities: (1) The master bedroom is on the second floor and toward west, so you can have enough sunshine from noon to evening. (2) The bedroom is fully furnished, including bed, matress, working desk, chairs, lamps, cabinet in bathroom, cabinet in the walking closet.
