The condominium is 940 sq.ft. The two bedrooms are on the second floor. One full bathroom is on the second floor. Another half bathroom, kitchen, and living room are on the first floor. You will have your own bedroom and share the rest. The rent is $670 plus 1/2 electricity, starting from 12/01. $250 deposit. No smoking, no pet, and no drugs, please. The location is within free bus zone of UCSD. Laundry, gym, and swimming pool are in the unit. BTW, I am a postdoc at UCSD, male.
