The apartment is on the second floor of a complex building, one block north of Clairemont Mesa Boulevard and 10 minutes walk to Bus 41 free to UCSD. The apartment is fairly large, 1050 square foot. You will have your own bedroom and bathroom, share the kitchen and living room. There is on site laundry. The rent is $600 per month plus 1/2 utility, and will be lowered to $450 per month plus 1/3 utility after my wife moves to San Diego (likely sometime in January). There is a security deposit of $200.
