The size is huge, 1300 square feet. The complex name is La Regencia. It is 2 min walking to Vons (a grocery store), 3 min walking to bank, 1 min walking to UCSD bus stop (so many many UCSD students live here), 5 min walking to the bus stop. The total rent of the apt is $1550, which is much lower than the price you will get from the leasing office. Washer and drier inside the unit.Swimming pool, gym inside the complex. The landlord will move out at the end of November and they want to sublease the apt to me.So I am looking for a nice roomate to share the room.You can move in at the begining of December.
