The size is huge, 1300 square feet. The complex name is La Regencia. It is 2 min walking to Vons (a grocery store), 3 min walking to bank, 1 min walking to UCSD bus stop (so many many UCSD students live here), 5 min walking to the bus stop. The total rent of the apt is $1550, which is much lower than the price you will get from the leasing office. The landlord will move out at the end of November and they want to sublease the apt to me.So I am looking for a roomate to share the rent now.
