The neighborhood is one of the best in San Diego area: quiet, safe and convinient. I am a nice working professional, male in early 30's. I would like to have someone who is clean, considerate and easy going to share the unit with me. 1. The rent is $670 (which is the best rate in the community since I got a promotion price) +1/2 utilities (water, elec., high speed internet, cable). 2. You will have your own bedroom and bathroom. 3. I have furnished the living room area. You just need to prepare your own bedroom. Washer and dryer are also in the unit. 4. The room is available now till 08/20/2008 with options to renew. Long term stay will be preferred. 5. The community is well maintained with swimming pool, spa,fitness center and lighted tennis court. 6. It is close to I-5, 56 and 5 minutes to the del mar/torrey pine beach. 7. Male only. Sorry, the room is not big enough for a couple.
