发信人: SD1109 (), 信区: HouseRent 标 题: Looking for Roomate to share 2 bedroom Apartment 发信站: San Diego Home 圣迭戈小站 (Wed Oct 17 23:03:28 2007), 站内 Hi, I am looking for a nice, quiet and easygoing person (male or female) to share a 2 bedroom, 2 bathroom apartment for a short term, from anytime after November 8 to Feburary 29, 2008 (with possible extension if both sides are ok). The apartment is on the second floor of a complex building, one block north of Clairemont Mesa Boulevard and 10 minutes walk to Bus 41 free to UCSD. The apartment is fairly large, 1050 square foot. You will have your own bedroom and bathroom, share the kitchen and living room. There is on site laundary. The rent is $600 per month plus 1/2 utility, and will be lowered to $450 per month plus 1/3 utility after my wife comes to San Diego (likely sometime in January). There is a security deposit of $250. I myself will move into the apartment on November 8, so I won't be able to show you the inside of the apartment, but if you are interested, please send one email to qhu@ucsd.edu and also briefly introduce yourself.
