The room is 11X11 sq ft in a 5-bed room house. There is a queen size bed, a table, a closet, a book shelf and a chest of drawers. The bath room is shared with two guys. The neighborhood is safe and quiet. There are a lot of spaces along the street for parking. The location is close to I-15 and I-805.with lots of shopping malls close by. The rent is $250 with $150 deposit. The rent includes electricity, water and trash collection, wireless internet connection and laundry (washer and dryer). I. also has an UCSD parking permit.
