It's the one of the best locations for UCSD students. Our room is a good size master bedroom with its own bathroom and with furniture (a full size bed, a desk with chair, build-in closet, lamp, and a good 25-inch TV in the room). We want 700 dollars rent for everything (includes power, water, TV cable (70 channels), and Internet). The washer/dryer are in the apartment as well. My husband and I are postdoc in Burnham institute now. Our daughter is 2 years old. Although she sometimes makes some noise but she goes to bed is around 9:00 to 9:30 pm.
