It will be available from September 29. The apartment is located at the cross of Genesee and Governor with garden-like environment.15 minutes to UCSD campus by bus 41 every 15 minutes. Minutes walk to Vons supermarket, Rite Aide pharmacy, Deli and food stores and UTC shopping mall. It is an extra large master bedroom with own bathroom (directly connected with your own bedroom) and mirrored closet doors. Shared large living room and kitchen. The living room has been furnished with big dinning table and many chairs. Private patio, 2 car garage with storage shelves and plenty of guest parking available. Complex also has its own swimming pool. Rent per person is $775 and 1/2 utilities (about 30-40$ each month, include Wireless internet and electricity. Water is free). I am clean quite single male professional working in UCSD. I prefer roommate who wish to live for a longer time (at least six months).
