It will be available from September 29. 15 minutes to UCSD campus by bus 41 every 15 minutes. Minutes walk to Vons supermarket and UTC shopping mall. It is an extra large master bedroom with own bathroom and mirrored closet doors. Fireplace, private patio, 2 car garage with storage shelves and plenty of guest parkings available. Complex also has its own swimming pool. Rent per person is $762.5 and 1/2 utilities (about 30-40$ each month). I am single male professional working for UCSD. I prefer roommate who wish to live for a long time (at least six months). If you like, we could sign a long lease for 1 year. No pet, no smoking, no drug please.
