The one bedroom/one living room apartment is close to Gilman Drive and Via Alicante, the address is Via Alicante 3116 unit I. Bus stops and shopping centers are within walking distance, it takes less than 10 mins to take bus to UCSD, or by walking it takes 20 mins. The same distance to sea beach, the place is quiet and suitable to live. I got a discount in the rent which is cheaper than normal price, and I can share the deposit with future rentees. One parking place is available for you to stop your car, which is included in the rent.
