You must be a UCSD grad student to be eligible and need to sign a lease with mesa office. It is a first floor 2b/1b apartment starting from Mar 9, the monthly rate is $375+utility. Parking permit is included. It is unfurnitured however. You will be sharing the apartment with a male, single, grad student from CSE Dept.
