One or two persons OK, Male or female. The room will be available Jan. 1st, 2007. This is a huge 3 bedroom/2.5 bath two stories townhouse in a nice and quiet area. You will living with one male UCSD student (Asian) and 2 working males (White). All are very good people. You will share bathroom with a male roommate. The house is clean and in good condition. Everything is ready in the house: internet, laundry, TV, microwave, etc. Utilities split equally. We usually pay less than $20 for 5 roommates each. Water and trash are pay by the landlord. There are amenities such as pool, gym, etc. The place is very close to UCSD and freeway 5. Near Gilman Dr. Just 3 miniutes walk to bus stop (4 minutes to UCSD by bus) and walking distance to La Jolla Village Square for shopping. Share garage, and lots of off street parking.
