Room will be available on November 6th. 1 min walk to bus stop (48/49, 30A) & UCSD shuttle stop, 5min walk to bus 41, 30, 921,150 close to VONS and Ralphs. Amenities include: ------------------ * basic furnitures: a twin-size bed, two bookshelves, a chair, a floor lamp and a folding table. * master bedroom with built-in bathroom, * reserved garage parking space, * fireplace, * high speed internet, * cheap laundry, swimming pool, fitness room, BBQ grills, volleyball net in the community Other advantages: ----------------- * very quiet, (with no street traffic). * water is FREE (included in the rent) * cheap landry: $0.75 for washer, $0.25 for dryer. Rent will be $820 + 1/2 utility (electricity) for a single or $890 + 2/3 utility for a couple. Sharing of high speed internet is optional, which was a very good deal when we signed up, <$10 per month per person I am 28 year old professional man in UCSD.
