Room will be available in November, actual starting date negotiable. 1 min walk to bus stop & UCSD shuttle stop close to VONS and Ralphs. Amenities include: ------------------ * basic furnitures: a twin-size bed, two bookshelves, a chair, a floor lamp and a folding table. * master bedroom with built-in bathroom, * reserved garage parking space, * fireplace, * high speed internet, * cheap laundry, swimming pool, fitness room, BBQ grills, volleyball net in the community Other advantages: ----------------- * very quiet, (with no street traffic). * water is FREE (included in the rent) * cheap landry: $0.75 for washer, $0.25 for dryer. Rent will be $820 + 1/2 utility (electricity) for a single or $890 + 2/3 utility for a couple. Pets okay (but no dogs allowed in the apartment complex).
