Location is Genesee Ave 9505,very close to UCSD and UTC(University Town Center-shopping mall).You can reach UCSD parking lot and shuttle stop in 8 minutes by foot and reach UTC where you can take any public transportation in 8 minutes by foot.So it have convenient transportation. And the apartment is 2 floor and face a canyon where you can enjoy beautiful scennery every day.There are so many Chinese students and scholars who are living the same district and you can make friends and get helps. If you rent you have to pay $1061/month,and you can just sign a month and in this month you can move if you are not satisfied with the aparment and find more fit accommodation in this month .
